SAFETY SHOES
This man did not wear Safety Shoes and injury resulted.

	77-329 L. SZAKSZAI. This man had just placed a jack at the end of reel and was in the act of pushing bar through reel when he knocked the jack over and it fell on his toe, fracturing same. Szakszai was wearing slippers instead of SAFETY SHOES.

SAFETY GOGGLES
These men's eyes were saved by wearing Safety Goggles.

145-30 C. FRANCIS. Francis opened a splice on Bridge Wire, end sprang loose and hit goggles, breaking same but did not injure his eye.	145-3 F. EICHINGER. Eichinger was working in Scrap Gang helping to move coils of wire. One of the coils got caught in another, and as he cut same, end of wire flew around, breaking his goggles but did not injure his eye.
